REFUND POLICY

1. Not liable for any design takeoffs.

2. No returns or refunds on Speciality Ordered Items. 

3. No returns or refunds after 15 days of purchase. Only full unopened boxes will be considered for return. Minimum 4 boxes are acceptable with a copy of the original receipt.

4. If you received damaged materials, this must be reported to Piastrella within 2 business days.

5. Goods returned within 15 days from the date of purchase could be subject to restocking and freight fees.

6. Material brought in per your request must be picked up within 2 weeks after request or storage fees will apply.

7. Variations of shades, patterns and colours are inherent in some products. All sizes are approximate. 

8. Pitting, fissures and cracking are inherent in natural stone products. 

9. Waste is always required to account for cuts, possible damaged tiles and natural stone inconsistencies.

10. Check material before installing, no claims will be accepted after material is installed.

11. No refunds on grout, mortar, silicone, adhesive, stain etc.

12. No refunds on accessories (stair noses, reducers, t-mould).
